At Bluezone Children Short Break Services, our workers are appropriately trained before they start work with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff.

All staff receives:
  • Safeguarding and child protection training
  • First Aid and emergency response training
  • Manual handling and mobility support techniques
  • Autism and ADHD awareness
  • Medication administration (as required)
  • Continuous professional development and refresher courses
